By accessing or using EasyInc's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

EasyInc operates a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that aggregates and connects you with independent local contractors, service providers, and agents ("Agents") across multiple jurisdictions worldwide. Our platform facilitates:

• Discovering and comparing qualified Agents for company registration and incorporation in various jurisdictions
• Communicating with and managing your chosen Agents through a unified interface
• Tracking the progress of your applications and filings submitted by Agents
• Accessing referrals for business banking, accounting, and related services

Important: EasyInc is a technology platform only. We do not directly prepare, review, handle, submit, or file any documents, applications, or government filings on your behalf. All document preparation, filing, and related professional services are performed solely by the independent Agents available through our platform. EasyInc is not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered agent and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

The Agents accessible through the EasyInc platform are independent third-party service providers. They are not employees, contractors, or representatives of EasyInc. By using our platform:

• You acknowledge that your contractual relationship for professional services is directly with the Agent you select, not with EasyInc
• EasyInc does not guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for the quality, accuracy, legality, or timeliness of any Agent's work
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all documents and filings prepared by your chosen Agent before they are submitted
• Any disputes regarding the quality or outcome of professional services should be directed to the respective Agent

EasyInc strives to partner with reputable Agents and may remove Agents from the platform who fail to meet our quality standards, but this does not create any liability or warranty on our part regarding Agent services.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or business activities
• Promptly respond to requests for additional information or documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your intended business activities are legal in your chosen jurisdiction.

Fees on the EasyInc platform may include platform fees charged by EasyInc and service fees charged by the Agents you select. All fees are displayed and confirmed before you complete your order. Payment terms include:

• Platform fees are non-refundable once you have engaged an Agent through the platform
• Agent service fees and government fees are set by the respective Agents and authorities, not by EasyInc
• Additional fees may apply for expedited processing or complex cases as determined by your Agent
• Government fees are subject to change without notice
• Currency conversion rates are determined at the time of payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before Filing: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee if cancelled before any government submission
• After Filing: No refund once documents have been submitted to government authorities
• Rejected Applications: We will re-submit at no additional cost if rejection is due to our error
• Abandoned Applications: No refund for applications abandoned by the client

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 30 days of the original payment.

Processing times vary by jurisdiction and service type. Estimated timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Factors affecting delivery include:

• Government processing times and backlogs
• Completeness and accuracy of submitted documents
• Additional requirements or queries from authorities
• Public holidays and government closures

We will keep you informed of your application status and any delays through your account dashboard and email notifications.

All content on the EasyInc website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Create derivative works based on our services

EasyInc provides a technology platform only and does not perform any document preparation, filing, or professional services directly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyInc shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays or failures caused by Agents, third parties, or government authorities
• Actions, omissions, errors, or negligence of any Agent or local service provider accessed through our platform
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any documents or filings prepared by Agents
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting your business

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the platform fees paid by you to EasyInc (excluding any fees paid directly to Agents) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyInc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your business activities conducted through companies we help register
• Any third-party claims related to your use of our services

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You breach these Terms of Service
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail to pay fees when due
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your access to our platform will be revoked. Any pending applications may be cancelled without refund.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

• Negotiation: Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties may agree to non-binding mediation
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
