Since 2019 Foreign Capital Investment Law - abolished local partner requirement in most sectors. Now foreigners can 100% own LLC without minimum capital. Exceptions: strategic sectors (e.g. legal services, some retail) require 30% Omani share. Free zones (Sohar, Salalah) always had 100% foreign ownership.
