Agency introduction

We forward your inquiry directly to the vetted developer or agency. Their contact details stay private to prevent spam. You deal with them, on their letterhead, in your language.

03 Step

Structure setup

In parallel, we set up the legal vehicle, freehold, foreign-owned LLC, or trust depending on the country, so the purchase deed names the right entity from day one.

04 Step

Close & handover

Notarial deed, payment in escrow where applicable, registration with the land authority, and key handover. Most deals close in 30 to 90 days depending on the country and developer milestone.

The honest answers

Foreign property is regulated, jurisdiction-specific, and not for everyone. We tell you that upfront.

Can foreigners actually own property here?

Depends on the country. Freehold for foreigners is allowed in several of the markets we cover (UAE designated zones, parts of Indonesia, some EU jurisdictions). Where it isn't, ownership is structured through a foreign-owned local company or long-term leasehold. We map this on the fit call before you fall in love with a unit you can't actually buy directly.

Do you charge buyers a fee?

No. The agency pays our introduction fee on closing, exactly how the market has worked for decades. You pay the developer's list price. If anyone in this space asks you for a buyer-side fee on top of the developer price, walk away.

What's the minimum to get started?

Varies by market. The cheapest entries in our current inventory start under $100K (off-plan studios in select markets). Mid-market begins around $250K. Premium and yield-focused inventory is $500K+. Use the price filter on the projects grid to see what's live.

Do I need to set up a company?

Not always. Where freehold is open to foreigners, you can hold property in your personal name. Where it isn't, or where there's a tax reason to interpose an entity, you need a structure, typically a local LLC or foreign-owned company. We quote that separately so you see what you're paying for.

Does this come with residency?

In some jurisdictions, yes. Several countries grant a renewable residence permit on qualifying property purchase above a threshold (UAE Golden Visa, certain Indonesian visas, parts of Latin America). We flag this on each project's detail page when applicable. Citizenship by investment is a separate program, see our citizenship page for that.

How do I know the developer is legit?

Every agency we forward to is background-checked, has delivered prior projects in the country, and is registered with the local property authority where one exists. We don't list projects from developers without a track record. If a project is off-plan, you'll see milestone-based payment terms in escrow rather than full prepayment.

What if something goes wrong with the deal?

We're the introduction layer, not the legal counsel. For the property side, you sign with the developer or agency on their paper, and any dispute runs through their jurisdiction. For the structure side, we own the work end-to-end and stand behind it. We pre-screen agencies precisely so this question stays theoretical.

Can I see the place before buying?

Yes. We can arrange site visits with the developer's sales team for any project we've introduced you to. Several agencies also have showrooms or 3D walkthroughs for off-plan inventory. We don't pressure remote purchases, if you want to see it, see it.
