Agency introduction
We forward your inquiry directly to the vetted developer or agency. Their contact details stay private to prevent spam. You deal with them, on their letterhead, in your language.
Structure setup
In parallel, we set up the legal vehicle, freehold, foreign-owned LLC, or trust depending on the country, so the purchase deed names the right entity from day one.
Close & handover
Notarial deed, payment in escrow where applicable, registration with the land authority, and key handover. Most deals close in 30 to 90 days depending on the country and developer milestone.
